王發(fā)選,,醫(yī)學博士、教授,、博士研究生導師,、寧夏醫(yī)科大學青年學術骨干。寧夏醫(yī)科大學公共衛(wèi)生與管理學院職業(yè)衛(wèi)生與環(huán)境衛(wèi)生學系副主任,。自治區(qū)級一流課程《職業(yè)衛(wèi)生與職業(yè)醫(yī)學》負責人,,2021年入選寧夏回族自治區(qū)青年拔尖人才。
從事職業(yè)衛(wèi)生與職業(yè)醫(yī)學教育教學工作16年,,承擔本科生及研究生《職業(yè)衛(wèi)生與職業(yè)醫(yī)學》《醫(yī)學科研方法》《循證醫(yī)學》《圖片處理與論文排版》《職業(yè)環(huán)境危害因素監(jiān)測與評價》等多門課程教學任務,,受到學生一致好評。
科研方面主要從事矽肺發(fā)病及纖維化分子機制研究,,主持國家自然科學基金項目3項,。主持寧夏自然科學基金項目2項,教育廳優(yōu)秀青年教師培育基金項目2項,。參與完成科技部重大專項和多項大型國際合作課題,。發(fā)表高水平科研論文四十余篇。
